As JomComCRM is based on the award winning Joomla CMS and developed components and modules, you should and can expect a long list of stable and useful User and Administrator Functions. These functions provide for registered and non-registered visitors – you set the parameters. Many of these intuitive features provide administrators and users safe and secure interaction with the site, internet and the other users or visitors.

General User Features

• Password forget system
• Users can create their unique username during registration for their personal profile URL (e.g. yoursite.com /friends/username)

Administrator Functions

Though CNP Integrations is always available to assist our clients with a number of support and service solutions, the JomComCRM Solution (based on Joomla CMS) powered by CNP Integrations is designed to be supported and administered by non-technical administrators. This empowers each site owner with the full freedom to create a social networking portal with their own style and feel .

Community Builder and Virtuemart Bridge

One of the key unique features of JomComCRM is the custom code bridge between the Virtuemart and Community Builder  registration process. This bridge allows us to have eCommerce integrated with the extended profile management capabilities of the Community Builder component and associated modules. We have taken this a step further through our integration of the info@hand eStore integrations where we synchronize with the info@hand CRBM product catalog to offer a full transaction lifecycle management system. JomComCRM is the ONLY Joomla based system with this advanced integration of Social Networking and eCommerce capability.

RegPro and ExtCal Bridge

The registration pro component has been integrated with the extCalendar component to allow new events for multiple dates to be able to be added into the ext Events Calendar automatically. This allows for a robust class registration process as used in the www.bavc.org portal system. Perfect for schools and learning programs.

Centralized CSS

One of the challenges in deploying a system with so many 3rd party component add-ons is that many have unique and varied ways of handling their CSS (cascading Style Sheets). In JomComCRM we have centralized the CSS to allow for the greatest styling flexibility and consistency while offering a faster way to manage the styling attributes.

info@hand CRBM  Connect as Customer Portal

The info@hand customer portal links through a SOAP connection and allows customer access to account management features such as case, bug and project management collaboration. Version Control

There is a version control for articles built in that allows you to trace your steps on article changes and revert back to previous versions.

Relationship Networking

Dating or relationship networking for Joomla are generally very limited, so we have developed a custom integration of the VXdate component and bridged it with the AEC Subscription component to offer subscription based user networking in addition to the Community Builder friends network. Depending on if your network is social or business in nature, the language file for this component can be changed to meet the needs of your particular community. This allows you to have a Gold club for business networking or a user dating for fueling your social community. There is no other system like this available for Joomla.
